Hall Community Services, Inc. offers mentoring to children up to age eighteen as well as mental health support services and psychosocial day program to adolescents and adults age sixteen and older.  Areas of service include the Roanoke Valley, Franklin County, Martinsville, Bedford, Lynchburg, and Staunton.
